PURPOSE:To enable the display of a document in single-page printout image and in approximately same layout, the simultaneous display of document continuing over pages on a same screen and editing operation of these on a same display part. CONSTITUTION:According to the instruction by an input part 1, when line information stored in a display start position storage part 8 coincides with any of the line information stored in a page head line storage part 9 and when column information stored in the display position storage part 8 is same as the head column of the line stored in the page head line storage part 9, a display control part 4 is actuated which controls the part or all of the document which can be contained in one page from a position equivalent to blank information stored in a printing format storage part 7 to be displayed. |
