<p>A topical emollient for the treatment of circulation induced lesions comprises a source of glucose and insulin. The topical emollient is utilized in a process wherein the emollient is applied to the affected surface for nourishment thereof and promotion of healing. The emollient also enhances the therapeutic benefits of other medicinal drugs which may be topically applied in conjunction with the insulin and glucose mixture.</p> |
