<p>An apparatus for the handling of textile pieces in the industrial manufacture of clothing has a magazine (17) for stacked textile pieces (18). A movable gripper element (12, 13) on the apparatus is able to take up one piece (18) and turn around a vertical axis. The pieces (18) can either be placed directly on the section (22) of the apparatus where the pieces are to be used, or on a swingable surface (19) which can turn the pieces (18) at the same time that they are placed over on the section (22). It is hereby possible to position the textile pieces on the section (22) in such a manner that the pattern and the weave of the pieces (18) are facing the same way, regardless of the way in which they were facing in the place (17) where they were originally stacked.</p> |
