A method for processing mobile escrow payment is provided to process account transfer-based payment conveniently through a mobile payment tool equipped with a VM(Virtual Machine)-based mobile payment function by using a mobile message including payment information corresponding to Internet shopping when account transfer-based escrow payment of an Internet shopping mall is processed. An Internet shopping mall server transmits the payment information and customer information to a mobile payment server when a customer selects mobile payment. The mobile payment server transmits a payment request message to a customer mobile terminal(275). The mobile terminal processes the payment corresponding to a payment request by executing a payment processing program based on the payment request message(283). The mobile payment server or a server managing a customer account withdraws a payment amount from the customer account by responding to a payment process of the mobile terminal, and deposits the withdrawn payment amount to a virtual account generated according to the payment process. The mobile payment server or the server managing the customer account transfers the amount deposited in the virtual account to a seller account after the customer receives paid goods. |
