#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a discharge cartridge (1) with a hollow main body (20) inside which an electrical contactor (16), a gas generator (5) i.e. pyrotechnic igniter, an expansion chamber (8) and a primary puncture lever (11) are arranged. The contactor, the generator, the chamber and the puncture lever are cooperated between them to transform an electrical impulsion provided by a weapon into a mechanical impulsion for initiating a gun powder (17) from a mortar bomb. The generator is in communication with the chamber to allow the expansion of the gas produced by the generator in the chamber. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Device for adapting a mortar bomb that is utilized for an ammunition (claimed) for firing from a gun i.e. tank gun, using a weapon with capacitive discharge. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The electrical contactor, the gas generator, the expansion chamber and the primary puncture lever cooperated between them to transform the electrical impulsion provided by the weapon into mechanical impulsion for initiating the gun power from the bomb in a simple manner. The device uses the ammunition with percussion in a weapon to be initiated by capacitive discharge, and allows elements to be reused. The device is implemented in a simple and cost effective manner.
