A multiple liquid fuel molecule ionization apparatus is provided to produce water good for health by ionizing molecules of water. A multiple liquid fuel molecule ionization apparatus comprises a body(16), a ceramic barrel and an outer case. A plurality of permanent magnets(17) are attached at an outer circumference of the body. An inner circulation passage(29) is formed by an inner cylinder(27) in the body. A plurality of outer circulation passages are formed between the inner cylinder and the body in a zig-zag manner lengthwise along the body. A spiral plate(43) is formed in the inner circulation passage. The ceramic barrel is disposed at a distance from two sides of the body and accommodates high purity ceramic chips. The outer case accommodates the body and the ceramic barrel and has an inlet and an outlet for liquid fuel.
