PRE-FABRICATION METHOD OF REBAR FOR REINFORCED CONCRETE COLUMN

A pre-assembling method of a fabric reinforcement for a reinforced concrete column is provided to pre-assemble a fabric reinforcement simply by framing a fabric reinforcement used for a reinforced concrete column, and to stand by itself without installing an additional support member by increasing the stiffness of a fabric reinforcement. A pre-assembling method of a fabric reinforcement for a reinforced concrete column comprises the steps of: arranging plural jigs for assembling reinforcing bars at appointed intervals along the longitudinal direction of a reinforcing bar; manufacturing a fabric reinforcement by coupling a reinforcing bar to the jig for assembling a reinforcing bar; and pulling up the fabric reinforcement, and then coupling with the pre-installed bottom concrete. Wherein the jig for assembling a reinforcing bar includes a pair of steel pipes arranged at a certain distance and supporting a reinforcing bar by standing by itself while pre-assembling the fabric reinforcement, and a frame coupled to a pair of the steel pipes to support a reinforcing bar and to increase the stiffness of the fabric reinforcement.
