<p>The invention relates to a process for the amplification of a nucleotide fragment contained in multiple copies of a nucleic acid sample, obtained after digestion of the nucleic acid sample with at least one restriction endonuclease, the nucleotide sequence of the fragment to be amplified being unknown, except for a short nucleotide sequence sufficient to hybridize specifically with an oligonucleotide sequence used as primer in an amplification reaction.</p> |
