<p>A rotary motor (110) having a cylinder block rotatably mounted within a cylinder housing (111). The cylinder block comprises cylinders (116) with piston members (115) rotatably supported on a shaft (113) journalled for rotation in the housing (111). The piston members (115) and the housing (111) define working chambers which vary in volume in response to their relative movements to induct a pre-compressed charge from an underside of the piston members (115), through a transfer port arrangement. Offset pairs of opposed cylinders (116) have correspondingly offset exhaust valves, one being provided for each pair.</p> |
