A compound of the formula : <CHEM> wherein R<2> is hydrogen, or lower alkyl which may have suitable substituent(s), R<3> is hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, or halogen, A is lower alkylene and Q is a group of the formula : -CO-R<1> (in which R<1> is an organic group), or carbamimidoyl which may have suitable substituent(s), with proviso that when Q is carbamimidoyl which may have suitable substituent(s), then R<3> is lower alkoxy, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, processes for the preparation and pharmaceutical compositions comprising them as an active ingredient.
