The rapid-acting loose leaf file is pref. of plastics sheeting, cardboard or other material. It has a slot in the centre fold and in the file strip (1) are at least two accommodation slots (1,3) or long holes. The file strip has four standard holes (1.1,1.2), and with its accommodation slots (1,3) is pushed on to the metal strip between the inside of the file back part and the file retention strip. The file strip has pref a length of approximately 100 mm and a width of approx. 40 mm and the accommodation slots (1,3) are so dimensioned in their length that the file strip in the pushed-in state pref projects by approx. 2-3 mm out of the loose leaf file. USE/ADVANTAGE - A loose leaf file which can easily placed in a filing cabinet.
