The oriented electric steel plate having good magnetic property comprises 2.5-4 wt.% Si, 0.03-0.15 wt.% Mn, 0.03-0.3 wt.% Cu, 0.02-0.2 wt.% P, the balance of iron and inevitable impurities. The oriented electric steel plate having 0.15-0.27 mm of the thickness is prepared by (a) smelting the silicon steel slab, which contains 0.03-0.1 wt.% C, 2.5-4 wt.% Si, 0.03-0.15 wt.% Mn, 0.01-0.05 wt.% S, 0.01-0.05 wt.% Al, 0.003-0.012 wt.% N and the balance of iron, to make the molten steel, (b) adding 0.03-0.3 wt.% Cu and 0.02-0.05 wt.% P to the silicon molten steel, and (c) hot rolling, precipitation annealing, acid cleaning, cold rolling, decarburization annealing, annealing separation coating and high- temperature annealing.
