The watch includes a decorative element (5) which fits accurately into the recess (4). The decorative element can be a changeable frame, into which a picture or a photograph can be fitted. The changeable frame (5) consists of a basic part, pref. of metal and a support part pref. of glass. The basic and the supporting part fit accurately together. The exchangeable frame is secured in the recess (4) of the watch by e.g. a screw thread, a bayonet or a clamp connection. The changeable frame (5) does not protrude above the surface of the watch glass (1).
