Modular units are accommodated in ISO overseas containers (27) positioned one on top of the other. The containers are so provided with connecting devices that the building material transport and component transport and/or control, data and/or energy flow from container to container occur by coupling of the connections. A sand delivery unit (6) moves sand from a bunker (4) to the drier (7), which is formed as an eddy layer unit (8). The following constructional units are arranged in the containers: sand drier and sand sieving-pref in 1 container, silo system - pref in several containers, controlled feed and scales - pref in 1 container, mixer - pref in 1 container, storage silo - pref in 1 container, bagging and palletisation - pref in 2 containers.
