Machine for mfr. of pasta squares, attached to a noodle mfr. machine press head (12) comprises two dies (1,5), one (5) screwed on the other (1), which is attached to the head flange. A length of dough is pressed through the dies by the noodle machine feed screw (11), forming a tube (14) as it passes through an annular gap between the second die and a cone (9). Filling passes through tubes (4,8) and a central bore (3) and the filled dough tube is separated into squares by rolls (15,18). ADVANTAGE - Inexpensive machine, fully automatic.
