Data are gathered from a hygrometer, barometer, aerometer, radiation measurement devices, infrared instruments, wave seismographs in a cockpit, ground station or radio station via other aircraft or vehicles moving on the same track in the same or opposite direction and from media through which the vehicle passes or by which it is accompanied. The gathered data are coordinated by a computer, processed and displayed in the cockpit, e.g. on the controls. ADVANTAGE - The simple arrangement is of low cost, functionally efficient and can be fitted retrospectively in aircraft, ships, lorries or cars.
