The device has a center provided with a telephone handset (7) that is connected to a telephone network and provided with call units for calling an exterior correspondent by applying a simple pressure on an emergency call button (3). The center and the telephone handset are free from external numbering units. The center is provided with a control module (19) preventing interruption of telephone communication after activation of the call units and till establishment of a communication with the exterior correspondent.
