PURPOSE:To realize a continuous extrusion molding of a rubber molded products constituted if a rubber material and resin material on the surface of the rubber material. CONSTITUTION:A metal fittings 23 are fitted to an end part of an extruding machine 10 by a screw and a heat insulation material 12, a mouth piece 14 for rubber and mouth pieces 17, 19 constituting mouth piece 16 for resin are fixed to the metal fittings 23 by a bolt 25 in this order. A recessed part 28 surrounded by an annular projected edge 14a on an outer circumferential side is formed on an end surface of a side of the mouth piece 14 for the rubber coming into contact with the mouth piece 17 and a heat insulation part 27 into which a cooling fluid is introduced is formed between the recessed part 28 and the end surface of the mouth piece 17.
