PURPOSE:To promote the facilitation of replacement by installing a sealing means in an interval between a rotary part and bulkhead in time of replacing a seal of the rotary part such as an agitator or the like and consumable parts including a bearing or the like, and having the rotary part freely drawn into the side of a shield machine. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical seal installing part 17 fitted with a seal 18 is installed in a bulkhead 3, and a housing 19 is attached in a state of sealing a front end with a seal 40. Next, a driving shaft 20 is held in the housing 19, and an agitator stirring blade 22 is attached to the front end, while a boss 24 as a sealing means is installed in a rear end of the boss 23, and a space of a seal part S is formed in a gap with the rear part L1. In time of replacement of a seal 26, bearings 27a, 27b or the like, a thrust receiver 29, an agitator driving hydraulic motor 13, or the like are removed, and then the housing 19 is pulled out with a jack bolt 38. Further at this time, a seal part is formed by the seal 18 and the boss 24, thereby preventing any water penetration or the like from the face side. With this constitution, consumable parts are replaceable from the inside of a machine so simply and safely. |
