摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To utilize midnight electric power effectively and save an energy charge by a method wherein water is boiled up evenly with an averaged used amount of electric power within the range of the maximum used amount of electric power while hot-water is supplied sequentially from a boil-up unit to a plurality of hot-water reserving units arranged in living units in accordance with the preferential order of hot-water supplying. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply 6 is thrown, a preferential order setting means 13 determines the order of supplying hot-water from a boil-up unit 2A into respective hot-water reserving units 1A, 1B based on the hot-water utilizing condition of the hot-water reserving units 1A, 1B. Subsequently, a midnight electric power time band is decided from the time signal of a clock 15 and the signal of a midnight electric power detecting means 7. The used amount of electric power in a living unit at the present time is detected by an electric power used amount detecting means 14 and the amount of boil-up permitting electric power is obtained by subtracting the detected amount from a memorized maximum used amount of electric power while a boil-up amount and a boil-up temperature are operated from the amount and temperature of remaining water in respective hot-water reserving units 1A, 1B. A command is outputted from a controlling unit 12 into a boil-up unit 2A 4 based on the operated data and a heater H is excited to effect boil-up whereby hot-water is supplied sequentially by a hot-water supply control means 16 into the hot-water reserving units 1A, 1B.</p>
