摘要 |
PURPOSE:To provide a laser Doppler speedometer requiring no alignment adjustment for any optical part and excellent in vibration resistance. CONSTITUTION:A laser Doppler speedometer is constituted by applying the core adjustment of optical axis to a waveguide chip 1 forming optical waveguides 2,3, and an LD chip 4 for emitting laser light 11 to a moving object and for simultaneously emitting direct laser light 12 to the optical waveguide 2, and a PD chip 5 for receiving the reflected return light 13 of the laser light 11 emitted to the moving object through the optical waveguide 3 and by unitedly fixing them on a substrate 7. In addition, there is formed a 3-dB coupler 9 for delivering the laser light 12 propagating in the optical waveguide 2 to the optical waveguide 3. The PD chip 5 receives the combined light of the reflected return light 13 and the laser light 12. A measuring instrument 6 measures the detection signal. |
