PURPOSE:To obtain a detergent for skin which can clean, and protect the skin with therapeutic effect without skin irritation and disorder by mixing a special ingredient from a microorganism with a betaine surfactant. CONSTITUTION:(A) The active ingredient obtained by culturing Basillus subtilis-ON-1 strain (FERM palready stipulated) in Zirania latifolia O. stapf (an Oryza plant) as a medium and removing the cell bodies from the culture mixture, and (B) a betaine surfactant, preferably dimethylpalmalkyl betaine are mixed to give the objective detergent for skin. Bacillus subtilis-ON-1 strain is preferably cultured at 50 to 80 deg.C and the cytoclasis is performed by ultrasonic waves. |
