PURPOSE:To prepare a rubber-dispersed syrup by uniformly dispersing powdery or granular crosslinked graft rubber into a methyl methacrylate-based monomer or its partial polymer. CONSTITUTION:In preparing rubber-dispersed syrup from a methyl methacrylate- based monomer or its partial polymer and powdery or granular crosslinked graft rubber, both the components are separately fed to a continuous twin screw kneader revolving in the same direction and uniformly dispersed. High- viscosity rubber-dispersed syrup can be prepared.
