The device has a rigid and elastically deformable U shaped body (2) with a bottom (3) and branches (4, 5), and support units (13) mounted on the body at a free end part of the branch. The support units are made of material such as silicone or elastomer. One of the branches includes a curved portion (6) whose concavity is directed towards inside of the body. The branch includes another curved portion (7) extending the portion (6) towards the free end of the branch, whose concavity is directed towards the outside of the body such that the branch presents a transversal inflection line (8).
