The device has a clamping screw connected to a slider (2) by deformable tabs (7a, 7b) before being screwed such that the screw is integrated to the slider before installing the screw. The tabs are arranged symmetrically with respect to an axis (XX') of the screw. Each tab is connected to the screw by a pre-maintaining cylinder (6) and to the slider by a guiding cylinder (2b). The guiding cylinder has a central hole (2a) whose diameter is lightly higher than outer diameter of the pre-maintaining cylinder. The cylinders, the tabs and the slider are made of plastic material.
