<p>PURPOSE:To ensure the good use feel of a driver by using an interior material for a vehicle producted by welding and bonding a plurality of sheet like bonding materials by ultrasonic welding. CONSTITUTION:An interior material for a car is constituted of a plurality of core materials 19 preliminarily slitted along a transfer direction and the skin materials 20, 22 arranged to the upper and rear surfaces of the core materials 19 and composed of sheet like materials having hot-melt properties and the cushion material 29 arranged between the skin materials 20, 22 and composed of a material having hot-melt properties and the skin materials 20, 22 and the cushion material 29 are bonded by ultrasonic welding.</p> |
