摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain the reagent, which can perform the quick, highly reliable identification without complicated procedures by chemically bonding radioactive material, fluorescence pigment, enzyme a marker for observation with an electron microscope or a group containing the structure for bonding them at the secondary step to an IgG antibodies. CONSTITUTION:Radiation active material, fluorescence pigment, enzyme a marker for observation with an electron microscope or a group containing the structure for bonding these materials in the second step are chemically bonded to IgG antibodies. The IgG antibodies are secreted from hybridoma between the antibody producing cells of anti-human prostate cancer and cells which can be subcultured for a long period in vitro. Thus, the derivative of the IgG antibodies is obtained. The derivative is contained, and the reagent for identification is obtained. The radioactive material is <125>I, the fluorescence pigment is fluorescein or rhodamine and the enzyme is peroxidase or rhodamine. The structure for bonding the radiation active material, the fluorescence pigment, the enzyme or the marker for observation with the electron microscope in the second step is biotin.</p>
