PURPOSE:To obtain a cleaning solvent replacement composition with no influence on the ozone layer while preserving the excellent properties of existing trichlorofluoroethane. CONSTITUTION:(A) 1,1,2,2-Tetrafluorocyclobutane is used as an essential component, and mixed with (B) a soluble solvent such as alkane or alcohol and/or (C) a nonionic surfactant to give the subject composition. |
