<p>A video camera light-receiving device includes a spectroscope (103), a first CCD (101), a second CCD (102), and a signal processing section (105). The spectroscope (103) separates object light (108) containing a video signal into two object beams (108a,108b). The first CCD (101) receives one of the object beams (108a) and outputs a photoelectrically converted signal (A). The second CCD (102) receives the other of the object beams (108b) and outputs a photoelectrically converted signal (B).
