<p>PURPOSE:To make passing of an obstacle smoothly without trouble by locating drive wheels which enable pressing and release of pressing against a pipe inside wall in a self-propelling pipe inside inspection device, and releasing the pressing of the wheels of which travel is obstructed and pressing the wheels of which travel is not obstructed. CONSTITUTION:A pipe inside inspection device 1 is controlled by a control device 2 and a computer 3. Also it comprises a TV camera block 7 and forward an backward carriage blocks 8 and 11. Also, in the forward and backward carriage blocks 8 and 11, multiple carriage units 16 to 18 and 19 to 21 are driven by carriage drive units 9 and 10, respectively. In this case, a drive wheel which enables pressing and release of pressing against an inner wall of pipes 22 to 26 and joint sections 23 and 25 are provided on the carriage units 16 to 21, respectively. If travel of a pipe inside inspection device 1 is blocked by any obstruction, pressing against the inner wall of the wheel of which travel is obstructed is released. On the other hand, the wheel of which travel is not obstructed is driven to pass through the obstacle.</p> |
