<p>PURPOSE:To enable labor and time to be reduced for taking out and in charts by performing an assorting work after taking out the charts and before returning and taking in the charts. CONSTITUTION:A bar code comprising an individual patient's code is formed on a chart holder, and the bar code reader of an assorting means 5 reads the bar code. Moreover, each chart is assorted for each department in charge, using the assorting means 5 on the basis of department data corresponding to the individual patient's code as read out. Each chart so assorted is again stacked on a carriage 4. When the chart is returned and taking in, the bar code of each chart holder on the carriage 4 is read by the bar code reader, and each chart holder is assorted for each department using the assorting means 5 on the basis of taken-in assortment data corresponding to the individual's code as read out. According to this system, labor and time for taking out and in the charts can be substantially reduced, compared with a conventional system.</p> |
