PURPOSE:To obtain a hydrocarbon oil additive composed of an amine salt of a specific phosphorus compound, having excellent antioxidation effect and friction-controlling action and remarkably high oxidation stability, causing little generation of sludge and useful as an additive for a lubricating oil composition for automobile, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective lubricating oil composition is produced by compounding a base oil such as mineral oil, synthetic oil or grease with a hydrocarbon oil additive consisting of at least one kind of a phosphorus compound amine salt expressed by formula I [R<1> and R<2> are H or 1-22C alkyl, 2-22C alkenyl or (substituted)phenyl provided that R<1> and R<2> are not H at the same time; (m) and (n) are integer of 1-3; R<3> is H, 1-22C alkyl or 3-22C alkenyl; (p) is integer of 1-3], formula II (R<4> is H, 1-22C alkyl or 2-22C alkenyl; (q) is integer of 1-3) and formula III [R<5> is 1-22C alkyl, 3-22C alkenyl, 3-12C cycloalkyl or 6-18C (substituted)aryl; R<6> and R<7> are H or 1-22C alkyl; A is group of formula (CH2)r ((r) is integer of >=1), formula IV ((s) is integer of >=1), etc.]. |
