PURPOSE:To manufacture an H-shaped cup holder as a hollow product and structure having high rigidity. CONSTITUTION:In a resin molding device manufacturing a supporting main body of this cup holder, a mold 50 possesses a cavity 55 in a form formed after an external form of a support main body and the mold obtained by providing a movable slide core in the cavity 55 is used. Then the slide core 59 of a resin molding device is put on a position advanced within the cavity 55 and the slide core 59 is moved backward prior to solidification of resin R while holding inner pressure of the cavity 55 at a high state, casting the resin R melted by heating within the cavity 55 and pressing gas into the cavity 5. With this construction, an H-shaped cup holder can be manufactured as a hollow product where a thickness is uniform extending over the whole and strength is high. |
