PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion and deposition of an adhesiveness modifier on the wall of a resin flow channel such as the inner wall of an extruder, the surface of a screw and the inner wall of a mold. CONSTITUTION:A polyvinyl acetal resin sheet is extrusion molded by using a resin composition containing a polyvinyl acetal resin, a plasticizer and an adhesiveness modifier consisting of an organic acid metal salt anhydride. The transition temperature of the metal salt from the hydrate to the anhydride is 25-220 deg.C. The use of an anhydride as the adhesiveness modifier is effective for preventing the adhesion of the adhesiveness modifier to the wall surface of an extruder, etc., in the molding of the resin composition. |
