PURPOSE:To enhance the quality of a molded product, to facilitate the control of the surplus amount of a ground material and to make an apparatus compact and inexpensive by always keeping the mixing ratio of the ground material and a raw material constant and forming a parison to be preformed into a desired shape. CONSTITUTION:A ground material supply means 41 grinding a recycle material to supply the ground material and a ground material weighing means 42 weighing the supplied ground material are mounted and, separately, a raw material supply means 43 supplying an unused raw material and a raw material weighing means 44 weighing the supplied raw material are mounted. Further, a control means 40 operating the supply amount of the raw material corresponding to the output value of the ground material supply means 41 on the basis of the preset mixing ratio to supply the raw material by the raw material supply means 43 is mounted. Herein, a mixing means 46 for mixing the ground material supplied from the ground material supply means 41 and the raw material supplied from the raw material supply means 43 is mounted. |
