PURPOSE:To provide a bearing constituting body and a rotating device capable of rotating a rotating body at a high speed with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:A rotating body 10 having a magnetic disc 8 is rotatably supported by an air bearing constituted of a shaft 2 and a sleeve 5. A slide bearing provided with a damper function, where noncompressible fluid is used, is disposed at one end of a rotary shaft 4 attached to the rotating body 10 so that vibration generated in the rotating body 10 can e effectively restrained.
