摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the extent of operation by inputting some condition including a soil property or the like, setting the drill conditions of driving speed or the like and performing a drilling operation automatically, while in the case where the actual drilling conditions are varied, correcting the set drilling conditions via a fuzzy inference part. CONSTITUTION:An expert system part 30a is installed in a controller 30, and on the basis of some conditions on a soil property or the like inputted from an input unit 40, a series of optimum drilling conditions such as driving speed, cutter speed and so on are set up. Next, according these conditions, a valve group 70 is controlled by an automatic control part 30c, operating an actuator group 80, and drilling operation takes place. Next, an automatic measuring part 30b is installed in the controller 30, and the measured value in drilling, measured by a sensor group 50, is compared with the drilling condition set by the expert system 30a. When it is varied, the drilling condition is corrected by a fuzzy inference part 30d installed in the controller 30. In addition, on the basis of this condition, the valve group 70 is controlled by the system 30a, thereby operating the actuator group 80. With this constitution, it is simply operable without requiring any mechanical skill and manual operation.
