PURPOSE:To ensure secureness in keeping an insulation door closed and in the opening and closing of a pressure-controlling hole in the use of a cold chamber by increasing the shock-resistant strength of a handle. CONSTITUTION:A door-opening device 30 is provided as a means for opening and closing an insulation door 5. Through the insulation door 5 a pressure- controlling hole 31 is formed as a means by which the storage chamber communicates with the outer space. Said door-opening device 30 comprises a pivotal member 36 capable of turning with respect to the insulation door 5 and the insulation chamber casing, a handle-holding plate 38 attached to the pivotal member 34, a reinforcing plate 32 held in parallel with the handle- holding plate 38, and a handle 35 attached to the handle-holding plate 38 and the reinforcing plate 32 so as to be capable of being turned and designed for the opening and closing of the insulation door 5 and for keeping it closed. A portion of the reinforcing plate 32 serves to open and close the pressure- controlling hole 31. |
