PURPOSE:To obtain the subject article useful for crosslinking of aromatic polymer molded article, usable as engineering plastics, heat-resistant wire coating material, etc., especially requiring mechanical strength and heat resistance. CONSTITUTION:In a crosslinked aromatic polymer molded article obtained by irradiating charged particles, 100 pts.wt. aromatic polymer is blended with 1-20 pts.wt. halogen-containing compound. In crosslinking for producing the aromatic polymer molded article, since the halogen compound is blended, crosslinking efficiency by ion radiation can be raised. |
