PURPOSE:To prevent thermoplastic resin from swelling by absorbing styrene monomer by a structure wherein a film preventing migration of styrene is laminated between prepreg layer, which consists of ultraviolet-curing polyester- based resin, styrene monomer and glass fiber, and the thermoplastic resin sheet. CONSTITUTION:The glass fiber reinforced synthetic resin sheet 1 concerned is fabricated by bonding a film preventing migration of styrene 5 through adhesive 4 between prepreg 2 and thermoplastic resin sheet 3. In addition, flexible, transparent film 6 is arranged on the surface of the prepreg layer 2. In this case, the prepreg layer 2 is prepared by infiltrating ultraviolet-curing polyester- based resin, styrene monomer and the like in glass fiber. Thus, even under the condition that the sheet concerned is left for a long period of time, the thermoplastic resin sheet 3 is prevented from swelling by adsorbing styrene in the prepreg layer 2. Accordingly, the deformation, decoloring and the like of a formed article can be solved and, at the same time, the storage life of the synthetic resin sheet can be prolonged. |
