PURPOSE:To enable the regulation of braking force according to the loaded state by outputting electric signals corresponding to the signal pressure of an air brake system by pressure sensors, and providing an electronic control unit for taking in the signals of the pressure sensors to operate relay valves thereby regulating braking feelings. CONSTITUTION:When a brake pedal 4 is depressed, air pressure in air tanks 1, 2 is supplied to pipelines 22, 23 through a brake valve 3, and pressure sensors 13, 14 detect the rise of pressure and output electric signals to an electronic control unit 15. Control signals are outputted to operate a front relay valve 10 and a rear relay valve 11, and the air pressure in the air tanks 1, 2 are supplied to front brake chambers 7, 7' and rear brake chambers 8, 8' to apply braking force to front and rear wheels. Since the electronic control unit 15 operates the front and rear relay valves 10, 11 simultaneously, no time lag is generated. |
