PURPOSE:To obtain a device which automatically inserts a fluorocarbon resin tube over a guide rod and prevents the slip-off of a claw from the tube when a tube fold-back process is carried out. CONSTITUTION:An end part of a flat fluorocarbon resin tube 4 is opened by a vacuum pad 23. A guide rod 5 is advanced to be automatically inserted into the open end part. In this manner, a production time is shortened and a manhour is reduced, whereby a production efficiency can be improved. In addition, a slip-off preventing air cylinder is provided opposedly to a claw to prevent the slip-off of the claw from the extended-diameter end part of the tube in a tube fold-back process. Therefore, the tube-fold back process can be smoothly conducted.
