PURPOSE:To improve both strength and flexibility in a resin hollow body to be manufactured by a blow molding method. CONSTITUTION:Almost a cylindrical net 12 is installed within a pair of molds 18, 20, parison 24 is extruded on the inside of the net 12 through a die heat 22, a hollow body is molded by expanding the parison 24 by blowing gas within the parison 24 after clamping of the molds 18, 20 and the hollow body and net 12 are integrated, through which a resin hollow body is manufactured. Since molding of the hollow body and integration of the net 12 of a reinforcing material can be performed at the same time, the title method does not result in a drastic increase of a manufacturing process and since fitting of the net is easy, a reduction of a manufacturing cost can be contrived. |
