A certification provision system and a method thereof for distributing media contents generated by using a digital media adaptor are provided to circulate the media contents by a media contents provider legally. A content generator is installed at a user terminal(10). The content generator produces the contents. The information of the generated contents is registered in a contents syndication device(20). A registered contents(50) are encoded by the contents generator and are reproduced by being decoded by the contents generator.
