The present invention relates to a road delineator to be used to visualize the road alignment at a distance, above all on non-urban roads. The delineator according to the invention comprises a base suitable to be embedded and an indicator body connected to said base through a coupling device (5). This latter comprise a first coupling element (10) associated with an upper end of the base and a second coupling element (20) associated with a lower end of the indicator body. One of the two elements comprises a convex coupling portion (11) which removably couples with a concave coupling portion (21) of the other element in a coupling position determined unequivocally as a result of which the indicator body takes an indicating position which is also determined unequivocally with respect to the base. The coupling device also comprises joint means (8) operatively connected to the coupling elements so as to allow relative movement thereof from the coupling position. The joint means comprise at least one elastic element (9) to make this movement reversible. |
