A set of pads on a terminal board are inserted into positions in engagement with a set of slots in one end of a housing. The pads are in part overlaid with the housing about the slots. The terminal board is positioned in a preselected position within the housing, and a peripheral portion of the teminal board is disposed adjacent the housing. An end frame is mounted in an assembly on the housing in engagement with the one end to retain the pads against displacement from the assembly positions past the end of the housing.
