The invention relates to the addition of a detachable plastic coupon on an ordinary plastic bag so as to propose to advertisers a novel means of communication for promotional offers or any other campaigns. The invention consists of an ordinary plastic bag (1), with a system of ordinary or special purpose handles (2) and the presence of a display area (3). The detachable coupon is made of plastic (5) and proposes promotional offers (6) or any other campaigns by the same advertiser present on the bag. The conventional detachable system in dotted lines allows the bottom of the bag to remain closed for later use. <IMAGE>
