The drainage valve is driven by a low-speed rotational force of a synchronous motor instead of a DC solenoid in the conventional one, so that it can prevent operational noises from generating in the process of cleaning water drainage. The drainage valve comprises a drive lever (14) connected to an output shaft (16); a connection protrusion (15) guided in an arc shaped guide groove (17); a rod (18) connecting a valve spring (9) with the connection protrusion (15); a cam (20) interlocked with the drive lever (14) and having a groove (19) on its outer circumference; the synchronous motor (25) positioned within the motor casing (12); a plurality of speed reduction gears (32-34) connected with clutch gears.
