FLUORESCENT PLATE MAKING METHOD FOR CRT TUBE

The fluorescent film of a cathode ray tube is formed by (a) cleaning a panel by dipping the it into a hot water of 60-90 deg.C for 20 sec., (b) coating a fluorescent material onto the inner of the panel, (c) drying the fluorescent material-coated panel by the infrared ray heater or the hot wind, (d) light-exposing the panel by the ultraviolet irradiation, and then taking a mask off the panel, and (e) cleaning a non-exposed fluorescent material by spraying the inner of the panel with a pure water.
