The apparatus is for detecting/displaying the load condition of the threshing unit and automatically controlling the speed of operation to prevent the breakage of the neighboring components and improve the efficiency of work and the convenience of users. It includes a detecting sensor (S1) for detecting the RPM of an engine, a detecting sensor (S2) for detecting the load of the threshing unit, a microprocessor (10) for comparing the signals from the sensors (S1,S2) and driving relays (RY1,RY2) to reduce the depth and speed of the threshing unit, and relays (RY2,RY4) for returning the depth and the speed of the threshing unit to normal condition.
